Seriously good bad bars

I'm not going to pretend there's a single morsel of virtue in these cross cookie & cake bars. Nope, they are down right delinquent. But oooh so good..... One is just not enough.

Good job this recipe makes 18.

Ingredients:

Press the batter into the tin

115g butter

190g crunchy peanut butter

220g light brown sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp milk

200g plain flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

100g milk choc chips

100g white chocolate broken into small chunks

50g fudge pieces

Method

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cream together the butter, peanut butter & sugar. Beat in the egg, vanilla & milk.

Gradually sieve in the flour & mix until combined.

Stir through the milk choc chips and press dough into a lined baking tin approx 9x13 inch. Scatter over the fudge and white chocolate.

Cook for 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Cool, cut, stuff face....
