Don't eat these on a first date.
Ingredients:

1kg pork ribs
1 crushed & diced clove garlic
1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp cinnamon
3 tsp dark brown sugar
75g brown sauce
75g tomato ketchup
dash Tabasco
1 tbsp cornflour
Method
Put all the ingredients other than the cornflour, into a slow cooker. Stir & cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove ribs & place on a baking tray. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the cornflour with 1 tbsp water to create a paste, add to the cooking juices & transfer to a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat until thickened, then pour over the ribs.
Cook for 20 mins, or until the sauce has blackened & gone sticky.
